We’re looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take our go-to-market efforts to the next level. As an early team member, you’ll work directly with our CEO—who currently leads all sales efforts—to build and refine our sales motion from the ground up.

We’re growing quickly with both our software platform and our tax incentive programs, giving you a unique opportunity to sell across multiple high-value offerings. This is a high-impact role at a high-growth company
, where you’ll shape our sales strategy, experiment with new approaches, and drive our next stage of expansion.

What You'll Do
  • Lead cold outreach to prospects through a variety of channels (calling, email, Linked In)
  • Book high-value meetings for the Roble team with clear next steps and mapped stakeholder
  • Educate the market about Roble’s impact and generate opportunities with net-new customer
  • Establish the sales playbook for future SDRs and AEs to onboard smoothly
  • Set up the operational plumbing, outreach process, and sales stack (tools) to maximize results
About you
  • A coachable self-starter who’s eager to learn and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable with a modern sales stack (Gsuite, Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, ChatGPT, Linked In automation tools)
  • Energized by early-stage companies and excited to be part of scaling one
  • Experience hitting quota and cold calling preferred
  • Superb listening and communication skills
  • Interest in commercial real estate, decarbonization, and technology
  • Ability to bounce back quickly after rejection
  • Desire to grow your career in sales and commercialization
