We are seeking a tenacious, analytical Key Account Manager to drive strategic sales growth across the Drug and Grocery channels
. Reporting to the Director of Sales, US
, this role will own the day-to-day management and long-term growth strategy for key retail partners including CVS, Walgreens, and Kroger
, while also leading expansion into additional Grocery accounts.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Drive growth with key retail partners by expanding shelf space, increasing productivity, and unlocking new opportunities through strategic planning and strong relationship management.
  • Own overall account performance, delivering against sales, profitability, and operational excellence targets.
  • Lead and participate in annual line reviews, new business presentations, and regular retailer touchpoints
    .
  • Analyze weekly sales results and category-level data to become a subject matter expert in the brush category
    , identifying opportunities to grow the Tangle Teezer brand.
  • Partner with the broader US Sales team to deliver annual targets and support future-year growth planning.
  • Manage trade spend, fees, and investments for assigned retailers within approved annual budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Operations to ensure flawless execution of account strategies.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with internal meeting preparation, weekly reporting, and C-suite updates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and syndicated data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate and timely internal reporting, including sell-through reports, sales forecasts, and launch trackers
    .
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend data-backed strategies to accelerate performance.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations for both internal and customer-facing meetings.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supporting Drug and/or Grocery accounts
    , ideally within the Beauty category.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in sales, inventory, and KPI analysis
    .
  • Familiarity with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen or IRI
    .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point ;
    Power BI experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resilient self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
