The Role

We're looking for a dynamic individual who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. In this role you will build and deepen customer connections, bring the best of Kyndryl to the table, and build trusted relationships with top‑level executives.

As an Account Management Partner, you will:

  • Drive proactive account growth
  • Sell new offerings and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Develop and execute cutting‑edge account strategies
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and deliver tailor‑made solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring seamless account management from prospecting to closing
  • Lead one or more portfolio or strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work
  • Build a go‑to‑market pipeline with partners
  • Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience running account P&L with end‑to‑end sales process management
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends and risks
  • Open‑minded and empathetic relationship building with customers
  • Ability to lead with a consultative approach, identify and create demand across all Kyndryl capabilities, and articulate business value to customers
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, flat organizational culture; embrace ambiguity and drive proactive outcomes
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Sales experience in technical solutions
Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full‑time schedule. Pay may vary by geography, skills and experience. This role is eligible for an annual bonus program and may include a sales commission plan. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave and paid time off.

Regional ranges:

  • California: $175,080 to $343,920
  • Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560
  • New York City: $191,040 to $343,920
  • Washington: $175,080 to $315,240
  • Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240
