North America Area Manager

• Reporting to the Sales Director, you are located in the U.S. East Coast and work closely with the area’s strategic distributors to manage, secure, and expand the distribution of the Group’s Châteaux, Estates, and brands across the United States and Canada.
• Your main responsibilities shall include:
• Develop the commercial strategy and ensure its implementation
• Secure the execution of the yearly business plan in partnership with importers/distributors
• Support and motivate field teams and clients of strategic partners
• Monitor the promotional budget, recommend and implement major activations
• Identify, develop and maintain close relationships with Fine Wine operators (on-trade and off-trade) in selected states
• Promote and strengthen the Group strategic brands’ image through a key influencers network (distributors, clients, opinion leaders)
• Host events (tastings, dinners, and brand presentations)
• Participate in local wine fairs, trade shows, and events to reinforce brand presence and grow the network
• Provide regular reporting to the management team based in France.

• You have at least 5 years of successful experience in international wine sales. An in-depth knowledge of the North American market—particularly the U.S. and its key players—is essential.
• As a true wine enthusiast, you possess strong product knowledge and are familiar with both French and international vineyards. A specialized degree or certification is an asset.
• Driven by values of excellence and high standards, you represent a family-owned estate and prestigious brands with ease. As natural ambassador, you consistently project an impeccable image to all partners and contacts.
• Your interpersonal skills, customer-service mindset, and availability help you build long-term partnerships with your clients.
• Committed, persistent and proactive, you bring forward new ideas and identify business development opportunities.
• With strong natural leadership, you adapt easily to a diverse, multicultural and demanding stakeholders.
• Your rigor and organizational skills enable you to work autonomously across your area while ensuring reliable follow-up.
