This role serves as a strong foundation for individuals interested in long-term growth from within in sales and leadership. We offer hands-on training in solar service fundamentals, customer onboarding, communication, and management of renewable energy initiatives.
As a Sales Associate, you will build practical skills in customer communication, solar economics, and performance tracking. Ensuring customer satisfaction in a way that suits their needs means offering support through every step. Using established sales systems and outreach strategies, our Sales Associates develop a professional framework designed to support advancement into senior sales, consulting, or leadership roles within the renewable energy industry.

- Speak with customers to explain solar energy programs and assess eligibility
- Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
- Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Complete training and hands-on experience in solar sales

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years experience in a Customer service, sales, solar, client facing, or outreach role preferred (but not required)

- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Passion for solar, renewable energy, economics, or helping the environment
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn
