Smart Home Consultant

As a Smart Home Consultant you will be a sales solutions expert and brand ambassador for ADT’s 6 million customers. You will answer inquiries, provide technical advice, demonstrate new products, install and activate security and Smart Home products, and upsell solutions that best meet customer needs.

• Build relationships between new customers and the ADT brand and product portfolio
• Complete in‑home consultation and assessment
• Perform installation and activation of equipment – including home security camera, security hardware, and IoT and smart home devices
• Complete customer onboarding and education of key products and services
• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

• Average of $105,000 annually with uncapped upsell commissions, job completion pay, quality bonuses, and referral incentives

• Hourly pay: $19.55
• Base salary plus potential to earn unlimited commissions and additional pay for exceeding quality standards
• Paid training: $320 per week during the three‑week onboarding program
