Summary – We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our AMR Sales Team, focused on Konnecto, our latest strategic acquisition and the most advanced AI-powered partnership intelligence solution in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how brands uncover previously invisible conversion paths, reverse-engineer competitor strategies, and drive intelligent partner discovery powered by GenAI.
As an individual contributor, you will be highly skilled at engaging new prospects and understanding their needs. You will be instrumental at articulating our value proposition to key decision-makers and securing new clients. Your approach will prioritize integrity and customer-centricity, focusing on the mid-market and enterprise customer segments. This is a hybrid role and will require candidates to be in the Manhattan office 2-3 days a week.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals while cultivating a robust revenue stream within your assigned region.
- Conduct thorough customer discovery calls to understand pain points and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and drive successful business closures.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasting.
- Develop comprehensive quarterly business plans, including performance analysis, key accounts, and strategies for sustained growth.
- Deliver compelling presentations customized to prospect needs, showcasing our competitive differentiation.
- Stay updated on affiliate and performance marketing trends, articulating industry insights and key players.
- Represent the voice of Konnecto in market—educating prospects on category trends, competitive positioning, and Konnecto’s unique value proposition.
- Be an evangelist for the power of AI and real-time partnership data in shaping tomorrow’s performance marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including affiliate marketing, paid search (PPC), data attribution, and fraud/compliance issues.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex, quantitative data and AI-driven competitive intelligence into a compelling, clear, and actionable business narrative that drives commercial decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in closing medium to large technology or service deals by building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- A passion for continuous learning, adaptability in navigating challenges, and a drive for career advancement.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), sales intelligence (IQ), and strong business acumen.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels.
