RoleSales Representative (Long Island City, NY). This is a process-driven sales role. You will work leads in our CRM, follow scripts, set appointments, collect documents, and coordinate deliveries. If you like routines, clear targets, and performance pay, this role fits.
What You ll DoRespond to inbound leads, make outbound follow-ups, and set appointments.
Qualify drivers using a script and move them through a simple pipeline (lead → docs → approval → delivery).
Maintain strict CRM discipline: required fields completed, every call/SMS/email logged, every lead has a next scheduled step or a reason-coded "Lost."
Collect and track required documents using a checklist.
Coordinate with Operations and Collections to support delivery and reduce early cancellations.
Join daily huddles and weekly coaching (call/CRM reviews).
Contact rate, appointment set rate, show rate, close rate
Time from lead to delivery
CRM accuracy/completeness
Delivery quality (low no-shows/cancellations)
Disciplined follow-up and strong phone skills
Comfortable using CRM and texting/emailing customers

Valid driver s license
Automotive, rental, or high-volume phone sales experience.
