Role Overview
As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for both Omni Mail and Easy Purl. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs. In this dual role, you will be the main point of contact, ensuring the success of these two complementary businesses under the Experiture umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
• New Business Development:
Identify and engage with prospects needing direct mail automation (Omni Mail) and personalized URL marketing (Easy Purl) solutions.
• Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue for both Omni Mail and Easy Purl.
• Product Expertise:
Conduct in-depth demonstrations of Omni Mail’s direct mail automation and Easy Purl’s personalized URL and landing page capabilities, emphasizing how these platforms can enhance omnichannel marketing efforts.
• Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a sales pipeline across various industries, guiding prospects through the decision-making process for print and digital marketing automation.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Goals:
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by positioning Omni Mail and Easy Purl as the optimal direct mail and personalized marketing solutions.
• Competitor Insight & Market Positioning:
Stay informed about critical competitors such as Lob, Mailchimp, Sendoso, Mind Fire, and XMPie, and continuously refine the sales approach to position Omni Mail and Easy Purl as leaders.
• Client Success:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through both businesses and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Requirements
• 4+ years of success in B2B sales, particularly within direct mail, personalized marketing, or marketing technology platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in selling direct mail or print automation (Omni Mail) and digital personalization solutions (Easy Purl).
• Ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously across two complementary product lines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills can engage decision-makers across industries.
• Knowledge of competitors such as Lob, Mailchimp, Sendoso, PFL, Mind Fire, XMPie, and Pageflex, with an understanding of their offerings and how to differentiate our solutions.
• A passion for marketing technology and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
