Survivor Net is hiring a Sales Director to lead revenue across our oncology medical education, HCP offerings, and proprietary AI-driven products
. This role is for someone who understands how pharmaceutical companies actually buy, who can sell substance over sizzle, and who wants to help define how cancer information is delivered at scale.

The RoleYou will own relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech marketers and sell across medical education, HCP engagement, digital media, and Survivor Net’s proprietary AI-powered products
. You’ll manage the full sales process—from opening conversations to structuring programs to ensuring delivery—while helping position Survivor Net as the clear leader in AI-enabled cancer education.
This is a role for someone who likes autonomy, understands nuance in pharma decision-making, and enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than chasing short-term wins.
What You’ll Do- Sell medical education, HCP-focused programs, and AI-driven oncology products to pharma and biotech clients
- Build direct relationships with brand, medical, and agency decision-makers
- Develop thoughtful, consultative proposals grounded in client needs—not templates
- Lead conversations around new products and evolving AI capabilities
- Forecast and manage revenue with discipline and transparency
- Work closely with internal editorial, product, medical, and operations teams to ensure programs deliver
- Push Survivor Net forward by identifying smarter ways to package, price, and position our offerings
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–10+ years of digital pharmaceutical sales experience (required)
- Experience selling medical education, HCP marketing, or healthcare media
- A history of closing complex deals and growing accounts over time
- Strong existing relationships with biopharma marketers and/or healthcare agencies
- Comfort working independently with real ownership over results
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex products simply
- 10+ years in digital or healthcare media sales
- DTC experience
- Experience selling proprietary platforms, data products, or emerging technology
- You’ll sell products that physicians and patients actually use
- You’ll help shape how AI is applied in cancer education—not just talk about it
- You’ll have real influence on product direction and go-to-market strategy
