Overview
At Loftey, we’re launching a small, high-touch Fast Track Program designed for agents who’ve already proven themselves on the rental side and want to transition into buyer representation and sales — quickly and efficiently. This Program is built specifically for agents who have:
- Closed 5–10+ rentals
- Strong client instincts but want higher-leverage deals
- Interest in buyer leads, expired listings, and outbound prospecting
- A desire for structure, accountability, and real mentorship (not theory)
- Direct mentorship from Loftey’s CEO and Principal Broker
- Warm buyer leads + guidance on converting them
- Training on calling expired listings & off-market outreach
- A weekly in-office cohort to keep momentum high and skills sharp
- Clear expectations, real feedback, and hands-on deal support
This is not a classroom program — it’s a deal-flow accelerator. You’ll be working live leads while building the habits and confidence needed to operate as a sales agent.
