Overview

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding agentic AI broker platform that is transforming how insurance is distributed, serviced, and operated. Following strong market traction and growing demand from brokers and agency networks, the business is now hiring an Account Executive to support its continued expansion.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth Insur Tech platform at a formative stage and play a meaningful role in scaling customer adoption across the broker ecosystem.

The role
  • As Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new broker and agency customers and expanding usage across existing accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle, working closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • You will sell an agentic AI platform designed to improve broker productivity, client servicing, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of broker workflows, agency operations, and the commercial realities of insurance distribution.
  • You will also contribute to the development of go-to-market strategy as the company scales, providing feedback from the field, refining messaging, and helping establish repeatable sales processes.
The profile
  • We are looking for an Account Executive with experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into insurance brokers, agencies, or distribution-led insurance businesses. Familiarity with agency management systems, broker workflows, or embedded insurance models will be highly beneficial.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is essential. This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new markets, and working in a fast-paced environment where structure is still evolving. Experience selling AI-driven or workflow automation platforms is an advantage, but credibility with insurance buyers is critical.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially driven, and motivated by growth and ownership.
