We’ve gotten here thanks to a small but mighty team — resilient, resourceful, and fast-moving — and now we’re looking for a Brand Strategy Manager who will be the linchpin between our brands and their success on Aisle. Unlike traditional "brand strategy" roles, this isn’t about manual onboarding or account maintenance. This is about output and leverage: listening deeply, creating solutions, and harnessing AI to make our brands more successful every day.

Backed by Tier 1 VCs and industry leaders — including Jackson Square Ventures, Restive Ventures, General Catalyst, Boulder Food Group, and operators from FAANG, Quad Pay, and top CPG brands — Aisle is positioned to be the default platform for in-store shopper engagement.

About the Role

At Aisle, our Brand Growth Partners aren’t account managers. They’re growth-minded partners who combine brand savvy, creativity, and smart tools (including AI) to help our brands succeed ’ll be the pulse of the customer — listening deeply to their needs, then building and deploying solutions that drive measurable sales lift and retention . Whether that means creating AI-driven workflows, recommending campaign strategies, or spinning up lightweight products, your job is to make sure brands are selling way more with Aisle than without it.

This role is as much about being smart and fun as it is about helping brands grow. We want someone who can simplify complex problems on the fly, keep multiple projects humming at once, and use tools like AI to make every interaction with a brand team feel like time well spent.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive brand growth by ensuring campaigns increase sell-through and velocity in retail.
  • Translate brand goals into clear sales outcomes powered by Aisle.
  • Design and execute programs that demonstrably move units, and communicate wins back to the brand.
  • Serve as a strategic seller: pushing brands to adopt Aisle deeper across their portfolio, expanding usage, and unlocking upsell opportunities. Manage a portfolio like a business owner: retention, expansion, and sales growth.

Qualifications
  • 4 – 6 years experience working with brands, sales teams, or growth-focused roles in CPG, retail, or SaaS
    .
  • Comfortable using tools (including AI) to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills — sharp, personable, and fun.
