Our client, one of the fastest growing, privately owned providers of high-quality security services in the U.S. is seeking a highly experienced manager to manage its strategic client relationships with special focus in its primary vertical: commercial and residential property management.
Position SummaryReporting to the President, is responsible for new sales growth including generating new sales leads, garnering, and managing client relationships and assuring the highest level of service, working with all internal stakeholders to ensure high-level, consistent service to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate on the development of strategic sales initiatives.
- Work directly with Executive Leadership and Sales and Marketing teams to strategize and develop growth plans.
- Achieve annual sales and profit objectives.
- Develop and present presentations to prospective and current clients.
- Become knowledgeable of current clients and engage to renegotiate expiring contracts and cultivate existing long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipelines, growth plans and activities.
- Responsible for coordinating monthly / quarterly growth and marketing reviews with leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors, industry trends and Company services.
- Attend conferences and trade shows.
- Minimum of (5) years’ security industry sales experience in a B2B services related industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven and documented track record of winning business. Must be able to demonstrate a history of competitive wins within the industry.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and superior communication and presentation skills
- Ability to present and influence customer and internal management.
- Excellent leadership skills fostering teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Proficient in MS Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM
- Compensation includes base salary of $200k, attractive commission plan and benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
