MFNY is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support our New York City sales efforts. This role works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to help maintain and grow relationships with dispensary partners throughout NYC.
This is an entry-level to early-career sales role designed for someone interested in developing experience in account support, field sales, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with day-to-day account activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to retail partner needs
- Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Assist with new product launches, promotions, and in-store initiatives
- Help manage orders, reorders, and follow-up communication
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and brand awareness
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable traveling throughout New York City
- Interest in sales and account management
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Health insurance
