Senior Sales Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This person will lead revenue generation efforts by managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships with enterprise clients across financial services, employee benefits, insurance, and healthcare. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for mission-driven growth.

In this role, you will:

• Own and drive direct sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation and close.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to align messaging and solutions with customer needs.
• Represent Financial WELLNESS Global at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using sales engagement tools.
• Act as a senior individual contributor, with the opportunity to mentor others and grow into people leadership.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales within healthcare, insurance, benefits, or financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• A proactive, resilient mindset with high ownership and accountability.
