** Home2/Hampton by Hilton Times Square is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dual Group Sales Manager. The Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating group sales revenue through proactive sales activities, including solicitation, networking, and relationship development. This role manages group bookings, coordinates with internal departments to ensure successful events, and develops sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining client satisfaction.

Skills:

** Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible management experience in Group Sales. OR a 4-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing client relationships.

Proficiency in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and direct mail promotions.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop sales strategies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. Primarily indoor office work with occasional travel for sales calls, events, and client meetings.
