The position will report to the Assistant Manager, Sales Operations. This is a Maternity Cover

• Accurately process domestic and international sales orders on a daily basis, ensuring precise entry into the ERP system.
• Maintain effective communication regarding order status with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Reference customer allocations as required.
• Enter purchase orders into the ERP system to ensure the generation of accurate sales reports.
• Liaise with Finance and Operations departments to facilitate prompt invoicing.
• Provide timelines and special instructions to warehouse personnel to ensure full compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to supervise, monitor, and confirm the delivery of goods for marketing, public relations, and sampling purposes.
