Location: New York

About ThoughtlyThoughtly is building the voice-first AI GTM platform that helps revenue teams convert leads at the speed the internet actually moves.
This SDR role is for someone early in their career who wants the real thing: reps, coaching, pressure, wins, and a front-row seat inside a company that’s moving fast.
As an SDR, you will engage with potential prospects, set appointments for account executives, and support the sales effort through prospecting and lead generation. You’ll be in our office in NYC, on the phone, finding leads, and measured on outcomes.
Our missionMost companies only follow up with their top ~10% of leads. The other 90% goes cold, not because they aren’t valuable, but because humans can’t keep up.
Thoughtly changes that.
Our AI agents get in touch with customers within seconds, qualify them in real time, and transfer the best opportunities to closers. It’s speed-to-lead, scaled to infinity. It’s a new advantage for revenue teams— and we’re already seeing it work wonders in the wild.
Your job is to be the human edge on top of that machine.
You’ll be the person who:- Takes transfers from our AI SDRs
- Gets prospects to pick up
- Creates urgency
- Qualifies fast
- Gets them into an AE’s calendar (or transfers them live)
You don’t stop because it’s 6pm. You stop when the pipeline is fed.
What you’ll do- Make calls all day: inbound + outbound, immediate follow-up, relentless retries, clean notes, working with our AI agents in real-time.
- Qualify fast (use case, lead volume, systems like Salesforce/Hub Spot, urgency, decision process).
- Book meetings that show and push for warm transfers when the moment is right.
- Run tight multi-touch outreach (call / email / Linked In) and keep the pipeline moving.
- Get creative on top-of-funnel: new lists, new angles, new channels—whatever creates conversations.
- Work closely with AEs to sharpen messaging, improve handoffs, and iterate weekly.
- 0–2 years out of school and dead serious about breaking into tech sales.
- Comfortable being coached, direct feedback included.
- High motor: you don’t need motivation—you bring it.
- Competitive, resilient, and consistent. You don’t fold after a rough morning.
- Sharp communicator: you can be concise, confident, and human on the phone.
- You like the office. You want the energy, the pace, and the team around you.
