• Must be graduating in 2026 with a B.S. (or higher) from an accredited university
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills with an energetic phone presence
• High comfort level with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools and processes
• Dedication to tracking and improving daily performance and efficiency

• Prior experience in customer-facing or sales roles
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Background in financial services sales
• Experience at a high-growth startup
• Ability to understand financial services
