Local Partnerships Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Field Sales Representative to generate new business through in-person, door-to-door outreach to local businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, is comfortable walking into businesses, and can confidently introduce marketing solutions to decision-makers.

• Conduct door-to-door and in-person visits to local businesses within an assigned territory
• Introduce the agency’s advertising and marketing services to business owners and managers
• Identify decision‑makers and qualify potential clients on‑site
• Educate prospects on how advertising solutions can help grow their business
• Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in the CRM
• Follow up with prospects via phone or email after in‑person visits
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting goals

• Previous door‑to‑door, field sales, or B2B sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with in‑person prospecting and handling objections face‑to‑face
• Self‑driven, resilient, and goal‑oriented
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field daily
• Basic familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
