This Sales Representative opportunity focuses on higher education, airports/aviation, and government/institutional building markets—key verticals where energy-efficient, integrated building solutions, and sustainable building technologies are transforming the future of construction. What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Growth:
Drive revenue and expand market share within the higher education, airport, and government building sectors through targeted sales strategies. - Consultative Selling:
Partner with architects, designers, and construction professionals to integrate solar-integrated façades and sustainable cladding systems into large-scale projects. - Educate & Influence:
Advocate for renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and sustainable building solutions, highlighting long-term cost savings and environmental benefits. - Market Expertise:
Stay ahead of industry trends in architectural façades, curtain wall systems, and solar-integrated building materials to position our solutions as the preferred choice. - Engage Key Stakeholders:
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of universities, airports, and institutional facilities. - Drive Results:
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong forecasting and reporting accuracy. - Industry Representation:
Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) space to elevate brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience:
7+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or sustainable technologies, with a proven track record in higher education, aviation, or government markets. - Expertise:
Solid understanding of architectural systems, building envelopes, and renewable energy solutions. - Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with AEC professionals and key decision-makers. - Mindset:
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sustainability and innovative design. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
