About the RoleWe’re growing fast and looking for a highly creative, ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to break into the world’s most iconic enterprise accounts. As one of the first sales hires at Actively, you’ll help redefine outbound globally by leveraging Actively for Actively.
What You’ll Do- Build and iterate on our outbound strategy: cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and more.
- Drive 50–75 research‑driven high‑quality strategic dials per day, generating meetings and converting pipeline with Actively.
- Deeply multi‑thread target accounts, using learned insights to craft custom points of view for VP‑level and C‑level prospects.
- Support pipeline development and deal progression: account planning, pre‑call prep, multi‑threading, demo coordination, and follow‑ups.
- Work closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and share field intelligence.
- Quota Crusher: 6+ months in SaaS sales with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Creative & Strategic: You’re a builder, not a script reader.
- Scrappy & High‑Energy: You’ve worked at an early‑stage startup or have entrepreneurial DNA.
- Fast & Iterative: You move quickly, test new messaging constantly, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Resilient & Hungry: You love cold calling and don’t get discouraged by “no.”
- Ambitious & Curious: You want to grow fast and take on more responsibility quickly.
- Experience selling into sales, marketing, or revenue ops teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or Sales Navigator.
It’s not often you can get in on the ground floor of a well‑funded startup scaling very fast. You’ll write the playbook, identify scalable strategies, learn from successes and failures, and work with an incredibly high‑caliber, low‑ego team obsessed with building something great.

The On Target Earnings (base + variable) for this full‑time position based in New York is $80,000–$110,000. Variable bonuses are subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Actively AI’s applicable plans.
