Volition have partnered with a Fin Tech Leader in Market Data who are looking for an Account Manager to manage commercial relationships with a portfolio of US Investment Banks.

The successful candidate will be a driven self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial sales environment while also working well as part of a collaborative team.

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business relationship within a defined group of customers.

The successful candidate will have a positive and proactive attitude with experience in developing new and existing client relationships within the Sell-Side of the institutional financial services market (Investment banks, market makers, broker dealers, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Oversee the business strategy for a defined set of accounts, including growing and maintaining relationships as a long-term trusted partner, and in doing so, contributing directly to the overall growth strategy

Learn and maintain a solid understanding of our data & solutions and the different value propositions

What you'll need:

Minimum 2 years capital markets experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a frontline client facing role in a data vendor.

Experience working with personas who sit within sales, trading & research; ECM/DCM; syndicate; data strategy or perform similar functions on the sell-side
