RED is seeking a Strategic Account Manager on the East Coast to drive sales and revenue growth by expanding RED’s footprint in the broadcast and live events space. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans to expand the company's market share, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the broadcast / live events industry, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other companies in the industry, including managing channel partner sales.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote RED Digital Cinema products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the broadcast industry.
- Experience managing and closing agreements with channel partners.
- Deep understanding of metrics planning and the ability to analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing a sales team, including setting targets, coaching and developing team members, and evaluating performance, is a plus.
- Implementation and preparation of sales analyses, support for marketing analysis recording
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. Successful track record in generating and closing deals, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships.
