The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a high-energy, results-driven sales professional who plays a critical role in growing revenue and strengthening customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound sales activity, enjoys the challenge of prospecting and cold calling, and is motivated by uncovering and closing new opportunities.
As an ISR, you will drive aftermarket consumables sales—including ink, plates, pads, and parts—while nurturing existing accounts and developing new customer relationships. You’ll be on the front line of revenue generation, converting inbound leads from marketing campaigns and proactively building pipeline through consistent outbound efforts.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based variable compensation, rewarding initiative, persistence, and sales success.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively prospect and cold call current and potential customers via phone, email, and Teams to uncover new sales opportunities
- Drive recurring aftermarket consumables sales (ink, plates, pads, and parts); experience in consumables or repeat-purchase environments is a strong advantage
- Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline through consistent outbound activity and follow-up
- Conduct regular sales conversations with existing customers toidentifyadditionalneeds and upsell opportunities
- Qualify leads and partner with outside sales representatives to support larger or more complex opportunities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and the company website
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service to support quotes, orders, and customer needs
- Consistently close sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
- Prepare and present pricing quotes, payment terms, and sales proposals
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records in Salesforce for pipeline visibility and reporting
- Submit weekly activity and sales reports detailing outreach volume, opportunities, and results
- Address customer questions and concerns, escalating technical issues to the Technical Service Group when appropriate
- Travel periodically for sales training and attend occasional trade shows to support lead generation and brand awareness
