• Active, approved STATE NMLS license.
• Detail‑oriented approach with thoughtful decision‑making skills.
• Discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in technical systems such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
• Ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Bilingualism is a valuable asset (A PLUS!).
