Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position as a Used Car Sales Manager based in Staten Island, NY. The role involves overseeing pre-owned vehicle sales, managing a sales team, and driving strategic efforts to meet sales targets. The manager will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by streamlining sales processes, developing customer relationships, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Key responsibilities also include monitoring market trends and ensuring the sales department operates efficiently.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales Processes
- Strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Service
- Experience in leading and executing Sales initiatives effectively
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in automotive sales software and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
