Our client is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join a high-performance sales organization focused on investment real estate lending.
This role is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in exceeding production targets, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth within the private lending or investment real estate sector.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to fund $3MM+ in monthly origination volume across products such as fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, and short-term bridge financing
.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Source and close new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate professionals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly production targets
- Present and negotiate customized loan solutions aligned with client needs and investment strategies
- Sales Strategy & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong referral network to generate consistent, high-quality deal flow
- Leverage market data and trends to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain an active and organized pipeline from lead generation through closing
- Accurately update CRM systems with prospect, application, and deal status
- Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to optimize outcomes
- Collaboration & Operational Alignment
- Work closely with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations teams to ensure timely and smooth closings
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the loan lifecycle
- Industry Networking & Brand Representation
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Convert event-generated leads through strategic follow-up and relationship building
- Sales Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to originate $3MM+ per month, or currently producing $1.5MM-$2MM/month with a clear path to scaling - Industry
Experience:
Background in private lending, direct lending, or top broker/partner/lender (BPL) organizations strongly preferred - Product Knowledge:
Experience with fix-and-flip, bridge, ground-up construction, DSCR, or short-term investment loans - Customer-Focused Selling:
Proven ability to deliver tailored solutions and strong client experiences - Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills - Analytical Ability:
Comfortable structuring deals and reviewing financial information - Technical
Skills:
Proficient with CRM systems and standard productivity tools - Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to outperform targets
