One of our clients, a leading wealth management firm, is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their growing team. This firm is backed by a highly established parent company, offering long-term stability, strong resources and clear career progression.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales and eventually grow into a Financial Advisor role.
Location: 5 days onsite - company wide policy - FiDi area in NYC
Compensation: Starting base salary $80K - $100k + commission
Must have the Series 65 certification or willingness to obtain in the first 3 months of hire
Responsibilities- High-volume outreach through all warm leads via calls, text and email
- Setting meetings with prospective clients
- Working closely with senior advisors and sales leadership
- Learning the fundamentals of wealth management sales and client acquisition
- Building a clear path toward a Financial Advisor position
- 1+ year of experience in a sales role and/or within fintech or financial services
- Strong communication skills and a hunter mentality
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Genuine interest in financial services and wealth management
Interview Process:
- Two steps:
Initial phone interview followed by an onsite interview
