Role Overview
Approved Experiences is hiring a Manager, New Memberships to drive direct revenue growth for two core products:
- Approved Experiences Traveler – an annual premium travel membership
- Approved Lux Concierge – a monthly concierge & personal assistant subscription
This is a 100% commission-only sales role designed for a high-output sales professional with strong instincts, disciplined execution, and comfort closing across multiple price points.
This role sits on an accelerated growth track. High performers who execute within the first 90 days will be promoted to Director, New Memberships and immediately gain the opportunity to build and lead their own sales team.
Responsibilities- Drive new member acquisition for Approved Experiences Traveler (high-ticket annual memberships) and Approved Lux Concierge (low-ticket monthly subscriptions)
- Handle and convert inbound membership inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls and closing calls, converting prospects via phone and direct follow-up
- Qualify prospects efficiently and move deals to close
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Be highly comfortable on the phone
- Lead sales conversations with confidence and control
- Close both high-ticket and low-ticket membership products
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and consistency
- Optimize conversion through repetition and execution discipline
- Consistent deal flow and closes
- Strong call-to-close ratios
- Reliable follow-through on prospects
- Measurable growth in new memberships
- Ability to self-manage with minimal oversight
- 100% commission-only
- Uncapped earning potential
- Commission earned on Approved Experiences Traveler memberships and Approved Lux Concierge subscriptions
- No base salary and no draw
