Bill Lake Modular Homes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Account Executives and streamline the sales-to-production process. In this role, you’ll ensure modular home orders move smoothly from sales into production by managing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining project timelines. Key Responsibilities- Log and process daily sales-related documents (First Draws, Print Requests, Draft Sales Orders)
- Generate and update sales orders using proprietary software
- Ensure accurate digital and paper filing of all sales documentation
- Pre-Construction & Production Preparation
- Assemble comprehensive pre-construction document packages
- Update sales orders based on client input and pre-construction meetings
- Generate Factory Build Reports and prepare production books
- Change Order Management
- Track, log, and distribute change orders to internal teams
- Maintain version control to ensure clarity and minimize rework
- Cross-Departmental Communication
- Act as liaison between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production
- Proactively identify and address workflow disruptions
- Provide reminders and updates to Account Executives on outstanding items
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction (modular preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
