OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Corporate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of corporate sales, and technology solution sales, as well as experience in recruitment and learning & development (L&D). This role will primarily focus on driving sales efforts within the corporate sector, fostering client relationships, and promoting our innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities- Corporate Sales:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential corporate clients, pitch our technology solutions, and close deals. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and tailor sales approaches accordingly. - Technology Solution Sales:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our technology solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients. Customize sales presentations and proposals to address specific client needs. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate solutions. - Lead Generation:
Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. - Recruitment Support:
Leverage your recruitment background to collaborate with our HR team on identifying potential talent for the organization, particularly in sales-related positions. - Learning & Development (L&D)
Collaboration:
Work closely with the L&D team to ensure our sales associates are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Provide feedback on training programs and contribute to continuous improvement. - Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions. - Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team, providing insights on sales performance and revenue projections.
- Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Experience:
Demonstrated experience in corporate sales is required, along with a basic understanding of technology solution sales. Experience in recruitment and L&D functions will be an added advantage. - Sales
Skills:
Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential. - Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the corporate sector, technology solutions, and sales processes. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively. - Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and proposals clearly and persuasively. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work part-time hours and adapt to changing business requirements.
