Role:
Account Executive focused on Mid-Market Non-Profit Clients. This quota-carrying role requires sales acumen and empathy for the nonprofit sector, especially the evolving needs of organizations focused on public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and other human services programs. You will understand client needs, align mission goals with Salesforce capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify social impact.

Role OverviewAs an Account Executive for Mid-Market Non-Profit Clients, you will understand clients’ unique needs, align their mission goals with Salesforce capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify social impact.
This role requires both sales experience and deep empathy for the nonprofit sector.
They do this by...- Partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
- Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Selling on value and return on investment rather than technical functionality
- Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
- Uncovering business initiatives and struggles to map our solutions across multiple lines of business
- Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solutions
- Understanding how businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions at the C-level
- Average of 5-7 years full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
- Experience selling to the C-suite
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers
