Senior Account Executive

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Own assigned projects from development to deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agency and client processes.
• Partner with Project Management on financial deliverables, including estimates, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and client counterparts, providing clear updates on project status and budget allocations.
• Takes a collaborative approach to problem‑solving, working cross‑functionally to achieve goals and demonstrating a willingness to learn various channel management strategies.
• Participate in weekly client status meetings, maintain accurate client reports, and ensure client needs are communicated effectively to internal teams.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of assigned categories, stay updated on industry trends, and assist with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2+ years of professional experience required; 2+ years of agency/marketing experience preferred.
• Passion for healthcare marketing and willingness to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital, media, social, and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present effectively and articulate complex ideas.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills, ability to multitask, and think critically in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to collaborate across functions, share knowledge, and drive innovative solutions.
