Ray Volta is a U.S.
-based premium lighting e-commerce brand currently focused on B2C.
We are now launching a Direct Wholesale Sales Division (B2B) and are searching for a high-energy partner to lead and grow it.
What We’re Looking ForA partner (not an employee) who will build and grow wholesale relationships with:
- Construction and Renovation companies
- Interior designers
- Lighting & furniture stores
Deep experience and a strong network in at least ONE of these markets is required.
This is extremely important.
Additional expectations:- Confidence to build a sales pipeline from zero
- Sales experience is not mandatory, but definitely a plus
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ownership mentality, someone who wants to build a division, not just do sales
A true co‑founder level partnership with:
- 20% equity in Ray Volta, based on mutually agreed performance conditions
- Freedom to shape and lead the entire wholesale direction
- Long‑term earning potential directly tied to brand growth
We want someone with drive and a strong sense of ownership who sees this as a chance to build something big.
