About

the Role

The Inside Area Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business by cold calling, generating leads, and building relationships with merchant partners. Working remotely, you’ll engage prospects over the phone, present Snap’s value, and help grow our presence within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for creating new business opportunities.

you’ll make an impact
  • Grow merchant partnerships through cold calling, marketing leads, referrals, social media mining, and your own prospecting strategies.
  • Work remotely as a high-volume phone sales professional, engaging prospects throughout your assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with merchants, understand their business needs, and communicate how Snap’s financing solutions support their success.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels, pipeline development, and high-quality sales interactions.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • 1–3 years of inside sales or cold-calling experience (we may consider high-potential candidates with less experience).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and emotional‑intelligence skills.
  • Proven success engaging prospects over the phone — confidence, clarity, and strong closing skills are essential.
  • A self‑starter mindset with a hunger to win, grow, and exceed goals.
