Our client, a well-funded Series B Health Tech Startup based in NYC is searching for a Head of Provider Sales to join them! The company has a proven SaaS platform designed to enable and accelerate value-based care models. This first of it's kind role is integral to their growth, and will help set GTM strategy as well as grow a small team.
Ideal candidate's for this role will have had a successful provider focused sales career, and 2+ years of experience leading a small team. Candidates in EST & CST Time zones are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of 3-4 sellers, focused specifically on selling their SaaS platform to ACO's, MSO's and providers
- Set strategy, manage performance, and oversee the growth engine as a whole, while still being involved in deal closing's and jumping in when necessary
- Create and optimize sales motions and playbooks
- Maintain high-level relationships with target providers
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of successful sales experience - selling specifically to providers/ACO's/MSO's
- 2+ years of leaderships experience - ideally you bring tested playbooks and have had the responsibility of managing a small team before
- Strong understanding of Value Based Care, and selling SaaS within this space
- Startup or high-growth experience is preferred
This role is expected to pay between $170-$210k base salary, with double OTE, plus fantastic health benefits and equity.
This role is remote with travel for candidate's not located in NYC metro. If located in NYC, candidates work in a hybrid schedule 3 days/week.
