What

You’ll Be Doing

Keep Sales on Track

  • Own the Head of Sales’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth travel plans.
  • Prepare materials, capture key takeaways from meetings, and follow up on next steps.
  • Keep sales resources and documentation organized and accessible.

Support the Sales Cycle

  • Support in building sales reports, buyer decks, and order summaries.
  • Manage showroom samples and appointments during market weeks.
  • Enter, track, and monitor orders while staying ahead of deadlines.

Connect & Communicate

  • Serve as a key liaison with buyers, ensuring seamless order confirmations and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate across merchandising, production, and logistics teams.
  • Gather and organize valuable market feedback to support strategy.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

  • Help troubleshoot order discrepancies or chargebacks with senior guidance.
  • Track shipments and flag any issues to keep deliveries on time.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in a support, sales, or admin role (internships count!).
  • Top-notch organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (or similar tools).
  • Clear, confident communication—both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn sales platforms.
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus.
