Location: Field coverage for NEW YOUR METROareas (to include Connecticut, New York, Long Island, New Jersey). Preferred base location (and focus on) Westchester /Southern Connecticut. Daily territory travel including some overnight.

Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus).

We’re hiring an industry-experienced (
flooring
or tiling
installation systems
) SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first, solution-driven mindsetto drive territory growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
• Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
• Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teamsto ensure exceptional customer service

What you’ll bring to ARDEX

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring ortiling systems required)
• Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
• High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
• High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
• Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs.(32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)
