Building on Amagi’s global leadership in FAST, ADS PLUS is uniquely positioned to help advertisers maximize the value of advertising in streaming environments via exclusive relationships, robust targeting, and innovative ad formats.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive to join the Ads Plus team with a primary focus on hunting new business across direct advertisers, top holding companies, mid-market, regional, and independent agencies. This is a front-line sales role for someone who thrives in winning new accounts, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The focus of this role is to sell our FAST CTV inventory and our portfolio of ad innovations designed to drive impact, viewer engagement, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Outreach
    :
    Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities across direct advertisers, top holding companies, mid-market, regional, and independent.
  • Sales Strategy Execution
    :
    Develop and execute a territory plan focused on building a healthy pipeline and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • FAST CTV Sales
    :
    Educate prospective clients on the benefits of FAST CTV, drive adoption, and position our offering as a critical part of their media mix.
  • Ad Innovation Sales
    :
    Promote and sell innovative ad solutions that drive impact, viewer engagement and performance outcomes.
  • Leverage Existing Relationships
    :
    Utilize and expand upon your existing book of business to accelerate deal flow, open new doors, and drive early wins.
  • Relationship Building
    :
    Establish strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders, including media supervisors and performance marketers.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Partner with internal strategy, account management, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Market Intelligence
    :
    Stay ahead of trends in CTV, programmatic buying, adtech, and emerging ad formats to bring fresh perspectives to clients and inform product positioning.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
    :
    Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Hunter
    : 10+ years in digital media/adtech sales, with a track record of consistently acquiring net new logos.
  • Category Knowledge
    :
    Understanding of CTV/OTT
    , programmatic buying, and digital performance marketing. Familiarity with FAST channels is a strong plus.
  • Innovative Ad Formats
    :
    Experience selling engagement‑led, innovative ad solutions is highly desirable.
  • Client Network
    :
    Proven relationships within agency space.
  • Consultative Selling Skills
    :
    Ability to diagnose client challenges and tailor solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Communication & Presentation
    :
    Exceptional ability to present solutions and influence senior decision‑makers.
  • Self‑Starter
    :
    Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
