Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Represent 3forge in client meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document client requirements and feedback to improve products and services
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or fintech sectors
- Strong understanding of hybrid application development platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and discuss technical and business requirements with clients
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create quantitative solutions
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with a global team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and capital markets
- Experience selling or working with SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Understanding of data visualization, real-time data systems, or low-latency platforms
- Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales analytics
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
- Strong networking skills and experience engaging decision-makers
- Background in or exposure to software development environments (a plus)
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-stakes sales environment
