Who we are looking forA high‑performing dealmaker with a strong product mindset. You will identify decision‑makers at top fintechs, banks, and credit unions, craft tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. You’ll shape sales strategy, mentor teammates, and extend Pinwheel’s enterprise presence.
What you will be doing Drive Revenue with Purpose- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets throughout 2025.
- Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline with opportunities valued at 3x your quota.
- Close deals with a 25%+ win rate.
- Enter both fintech disruptors and established financial institutions within six months.
- Plan and execute territorial initiatives that drive growth and visibility.
- Identify and unlock cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Establish trusted partnerships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal teams to move deals forward.
- Deep‑dive into our sales methodology and tech stack during your first 90 days.
- Keep CRM records precise and up‑to‑date for clear visibility.
- Drive efficient sales cycles, aiming for an average of 4 months.
- Stay sharp on industry trends and competitive landscape shifts.
- Share insights with product and marketing teams to fuel smarter strategies.
- Play a key role in shaping sales best practices as we evolve.
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales in fintech or banking with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic deals.
- Experience leading and closing $200K+ ACV deals with executive stakeholders across business, product, legal, compliance, Info Sec, and marketing.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and Info Sec reviews.
- Strong customer centricity and product thinking.
- Demonstrated experience driving sales from zero to first transaction.
- Experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.), and new AI tools transforming the sales tech stack.
- Comfortable working onsite 3 days/week at our NYC HQ.

Base salary: $140,000 – $180,000
OTE (On‑Target Earnings): $280,000 – $360,000
