Position Overview:

We are seeking an Advanced Technology Executive with expertise in IT staffing sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying and closing new business opportunities, targeting current clients and prospects to increase market share and revenue. This role requires a KPI-driven, self-motivated individual willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage sales expertise to acquire new business and sell IT Staffing Services to existing clients.
  • Network extensively to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop pricing models that support profitable growth.
  • Manage RFP responses and deliver sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Create marketing strategies to increase market share.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT staffing or related technical services industries.
  • Assertive in prospecting and expanding the staff augmentation practice regionally.
  • Strong sales instincts and experience in team selling environments.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Qualified candidates can expect an annual salary starting at $90,000 plus commission.
