We help owners identify, structure, and execute incentive-backed, value-add infrastructure projects, including regulatory compliance, utility incentives, EV charging infrastructure, and building energy upgrades, that directly improve asset performance and NOI.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Infrastructure Sales Consultant to expand owner relationships and drive new business. This is a contract-only role designed for a commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable on the phone, understands consultative selling, and wants meaningful upside.

Source Forward provides access to a proprietary platform and database that surfaces verified, pre-qualified opportunities, allowing consultants to focus on conversations, relationships, and closing, not cold research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage prospective clients via outbound calling, follow-ups, and warm leads generated by our platform
  • Lead discovery conversations with property owners and operators
  • Clearly and credibly position Source Forward’s advisory services
  • Leverage proprietary tools to prioritize and advance high-quality opportunities
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
  • Own client relationships from initial outreach through signed engagement
  • Coordinate internally to move opportunities toward execution
Ideal Background
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, brokerage, or consultative client-facing roles
  • Comfortable being on the phone daily and leading conversations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Interest in real estate, infrastructure, energy, or value-add capital projects
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation Structure
  • $60,000 annual contract fee (base)
  • Uncapped commission tied directly to closed deals and ongoing project revenue
  • On-target earnings of $150,000+ for consistent performers
  • Clear performance-driven upside with the opportunity to grow economics over time
