As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to be part of a passionate sales team and contribute to our tremendous growth. If you're a seasoned professional, passionate, energetic, and thrive in an exciting, dynamic environment, this role is for you. The position reports to the VP of Business Development and Sales.
Responsibilities- Present your company's core value proposition to major brands, agencies, and various direct-to-consumer businesses
- Plan, prepare, and execute high-impact meetings and calls with prospects and clients, and engage client and agency decision-makers at all levels
- Conduct detailed demand assessments and identify and develop a strong understanding of the client's core objectives and challenges
- Develop a formal territory plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate, and identify the best opportunities
- Adopt the company's selling methodology
- Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
- Develop winning selling strategies and proposals
- Accurately forecast revenue growth
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive advertising sales experience, preferably in new media, with a successful track record of breaking new business
- Proficiency in maintaining a strong business relationship and handling complex customer situations
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- High-energy, independent, self-starter, passionate, honest, team player
- Proven track record in sales: ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
- Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
- Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell and close based on value, not price
- BA/BS required
Compensation:
From $60,000 to $115,000 per year
