Our client,
Evaton (Sogrape), is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead growth across New York accounts. This role is responsible for driving distribution, building brand presence, and achieving annual volume, revenue, and margin targets within the assigned territory.
The successful candidate will work closely with distributor partners to execute commercial plans, strengthen relationships, and ensure consistent programming for key brands. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver annual sales, revenue, and contribution margin goals for the region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase distribution and brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with distributor networks and key trade accounts.
- Manage both('+on-premise and off-premise') channels effectively.
- Provide consistent market feedback and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Champion education initiatives to elevate brand knowledge and engagement.
- Based in New York City.
- Strong market insights and proven ability to meet regional goals within budget.
- Experience managing distributor relationships and executing commercial plans.
- Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for wine and spirits industry with a commitment to education and brand building.

Evaton has more than quadrupled in size since 2012 and has plans for continued growth. Under the leadership of Evaton CEO,матроф스트, the company plans to grow Sogrape’s ($300 million global sales) USken distribution to 30% of total sales by investing in people, new brands and wine education.
