• Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom, providing an outstanding customer experience
• Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to support clients already in the decision‑making process
• Address client inquiries professionally and knowledgeably, offering detailed product insights
• Assist clients with quotes and provide guidance on next steps in the sales process
• Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure a professional appearance
• Input client information and track interactions in our CRM system (Hub Spot)
• Stay up‑to‑date on Crystalia Glass products and industry trends

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a customer‑facing role or client communication is required
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Sales Support:
  Strong ability to present products and assist with closing deals
• Tech Savvy:
  Proficient with CRM tools (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
• Professionalism:
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
