Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and results‑oriented account executive to lead our omnichannel sales motion. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

As an outbound account executive, you’ll lead the sales process for Wix’s omnichannel solutions, including Wix Premium plans and Wix Point of Sale (POS). You’ll identify and close new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In your day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Identify, qualify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, selling Wix Premium plans, Wix POS, and other products in relevant markets
  • Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s omnichannel capabilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation to closed deals
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and act as the voice of the customer
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation
  • Stay updated on retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for eCommerce, solution selling, Point of Sale, or payments background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client‑focused KPIs
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage a large pipeline and client buying journeys
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, thriving in an ever‑changing environment, and contributing to building the playbook
  • A hunter's mentality with a drive for results

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 3 times per week.

As Wix’s Point of Sale (POS) team, we’re responsible for bringing on‑premise technology to businesses  provides a complete omnichannel solution, including hardware, payment processing, and a management platform that allows brick‑and‑mortar businesses to unify and manage their online and in‑person sales in a single solution. We pride ourselves on the growth of our employees, our start‑up atmosphere, and, of course, our product.

Expected base compensation salary range $70,000 - $80,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
