Are you a self-starter who thrives in the field and enjoys building strong client relationships? Medco Tool is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll take charge of an assigned territory—driving revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring new customers, and expanding accounts across the automotive collision and industrial tools market.

This is a high-impact, field-based sales role ideal for someone with energy, confidence, and a passion for providing value-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity in your territory.
  • Submit timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to leadership.
  • Represent Medco Tool with professionalism and integrity at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in tools, automotive supplies, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-driven and highly organized—you know how to manage a territory and your time.
  • Tech-savvy: experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (not required).
